Earned Athletix is the company behind this website and the youth athletic training app we are currently building. We are the organization responsible for the information described in this policy.

What you give us. When you email us, we receive your name and email address, the content of your message, and anything else you choose to include. That is the only information this website asks you to provide.

What is recorded automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical details for every visitor — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the referring site. These logs exist to keep the site online, diagnose problems, and block abuse. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

This website does not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in your browser, and it does not run marketing pixels.

We use what we collect to:

• Reply to your message and answer your questions.
• Keep this website secure, available, and working correctly.
• Understand what people are interested in so we build the right thing.
• Send launch updates, if you ask for them — you can opt out in one click, any time.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

The Earned Athletix app is in development and is not yet available. When it launches, an account will generally involve:

• Account details — a parent or guardian's email address, and the athlete's first name and age.
• Information families choose to enter about the athlete's training, goals, and progress.
• Basic device and usage information, such as app version and general activity within the app.

Before the app is released, we will update this page to describe exactly what it collects, and the app itself will show its own disclosures at signup. Nothing is collected by the app today.

Earned Athletix is built for young athletes and the families behind them, so children's privacy is treated as a starting assumption, not an afterthought.

Where a user is under 13 (or the age required in your region), we ask a parent or guardian to review this policy and give consent before an account is created. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service to that family, we do not sell a child's information, and we do not serve behavioral advertising to children.

A parent or guardian can ask us to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose information only in these situations:

• With service providers who work for us — for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing — under contract and limited to doing the job we hired them for.
• When we are required to by law, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.
• In a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, where the policy below continues to apply.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any updates we send. If you live outside the United States, you may also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your information, and to ask for a copy of it in a portable format.

To make a request, email trevor@earnedathletix.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we may need to confirm who you are before making a change. You can also simply stop using the site or app — deleting your account removes the information tied to it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

We keep account information while the account is open, and we keep an email inquiry only as long as it takes to resolve it — then it is deleted, including on request. Hosting logs are retained briefly for security purposes. We do not keep personal information longer than the purpose above requires.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — access controls, encrypted connections, and limited internal access — to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of storing or transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we also minimize what we collect in the first place.

If this policy changes, we post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. For material changes, we will also notify people who have an account with us or who have asked to hear from us.
